Our name has its roots in the word ‘coeur’ (French) and ‘cor’(Latin), both meaning: the confidence to act in alignment with one’s beliefs. Or: to tell your story with your whole heart.
We achieve this by combining collaborative dreaming with effective execution while raising self-awareness. We help team members recognize their unique contributions and use them in a constructive and focused way. This unlocks the potential of the individual, the team and the organization.

Collaborative dreaming aligns everyone toward a common goal, essential for achieving success. Yet, translating dreams into reality requires effective execution. After all, impact requires action and results. We provide the right strategies and support to ensure consistent, impactful outcomes.
Throughout our careers and in our assignments, we've been noticing that having the right structure in place that combines self-awareness, dreaming and execution is quite rare. There is often a natural tendency to focus on only one of them. We were asked often to help teams to get this right. And that's how &Courage was born.
